The RTX 3090 Ti features a fully featured GA102 GPU with 10752 CUDA cores. The number of RT cores (ray tracing hardware acceleration) has increased from 82 to 84, and the number of tensor cores has increased from 328 to 336. The clock speed in Boost mode has increased from 1.4 GHz/1.7 GHz to 1.67 GHz/1, 86 GHz. There’s also 24GB of GDDR6X memory, but the speed has been bumped up from 19.5Gbps to 21Gbps.
