The budget session of Parliament will start from January 31, Finance Minister Sitharaman will present the country’s budget on February 1

Budget Session 1st February Will Be Started: The budget session of Parliament is going to start from 31 January 2023. The budget session (Union Budget-2023) will run till 6 April 2023. The session will begin with the address of President Draupadi Murmu to the joint session of Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. This will be Murmu’s first address to both the Houses of Parliament after assuming office in August last year.

Budget will be presented on February 1

According to media reports, the budget of the Parliament will be placed in the Economic Survey in both the Houses on the first day of the session. It has been said in this report that Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is expected to present the Union Budget in Parliament on 1 February 2023.

Budget session will be in two parts

The first part of the budget session will run till February 10, 2023. Meanwhile, there will also be a break, during which the Demands for Grants of different ministries will be inspected by the Standing Committees. The second part of the budget session will begin on March 6, which is expected to end by April 6, 2023.

PM will reply on the motion of thanks

In the first part of the budget session, a detailed discussion will be held on the motion of thanks on the President’s address in both the Houses. After this the discussion on the Union Budget will start. where the prime minister Narendra Modi (Prime Minister Narendra Modi) will reply to the motion of thanks on the President’s address. At the same time, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will also answer the debate on the Union Budget.
