The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has told that in the financial year 2021-2022, the maximum number of company registrations have been done in Maharashtra. After this, 16,969 new companies have been registered in Uttar Pradesh, 16,323 in Delhi, 13,403 in Karnataka and 11,020 in Tamil Nadu. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued a statement on the registration of new companies at a record level, saying that doing business in the country has become easier due to the ease of doing business in the country. Through this, people get help in starting new business. It has been told in the statement that 1.22 lakh new companies have been registered in the financial year 2019-20 and 1.24 lakh new companies have been registered in the financial year 2018-19.
