Tezos is organizing a bootcamp to educate students about crypto in the country. For this a tie-up has been done with the learning platform Code8. In this bootcamp, information about the industries related to cryptocurrency, blockchain and Web3 will be given. More than 300 students will participate in it. These students will be given quiz and open themed blockchain projects in the bootcamp. There will be cash prizes for the winners and talented project creators can also receive up to $30,000 in grants through the Ecosystem Growth Grant (EGG).
Students will have to choose an idea from a domain and create solutions related to it using the Tezos platform. As a decentralized open-source blockchain, Tezos can facilitate transactions as well as serve as a platform for smart contracts. Poorvi Sachar, Head of Operations, Tezos, said in a press release, “Involvement in a variety of activities will increase the interest of students in this area and provide them with information related to it. Tezos aims to further develop students and youth interested in crypto. There is a way to grow.”
In a virtual bootcamp, students will be exposed to the Tezos platform and blockchain technology. Tezos claims to be an energy efficient blockchain platform that has a native cryptocurrency called Tez. This bootcamp will start on 20th April and will end on 24th April. A certificate will also be given to the participants.
People associated with the crypto industry believe that the use of blockchain and training programs related to it will increase in the coming years. This technology is being used in some areas in the country. Recently in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra blockchain Issuance of caste certificate was introduced using residents of this district Polygon The caste certificates are being issued on the blockchain-based platform LegitDoc. This allows these certificates to be verified immediately. Apart from this, courses related to blockchain technology are also being started in some states.
