Tata’s new electric SUV unveils the 500KM range

New Delhi:
Tata Motors today introduced a new all new electric SUV coupe concept. The company has introduced it as Tata Curvv Electric SUV. This car is larger than the sub 4 m (less than 4 m long) car. Tata has built it on the re-engineered X1 platform, which the company has named Gen 2 Architecture.

Also available in petrol and diesel options
The company has introduced this car with an electric motor but this car will also come with the traditional diesel and petrol engine options. Some glimpses of the design of the ICE engine version were seen in the concept.

When will be launch?
The production spec Nexon electric SUV coupe can be launched by the company in late 2023 or early 2024. This car in the company’s portfolio is the Tata Nexon EV (Tata Nexon EV) will be placed above.

Permanent Magnet AC motor has been given in Tata Nexon EV. It has a lithium-ion battery for power, which is liquid cooled and IP67 certified. That is, its battery is water and resistant. To put it in more simple language, its battery is not affected by both water and dust. The Nexon EV has a battery of 30.2 kWh. This electric car gives a range of 312 km on a single charge. That is, once fully charged, this car gives a journey of up to 312 kilometers without stopping. Its new electric powertrain generates 245 Nm of peak torque. This electrician achieves a speed of 0-100 kmph in 9.9 seconds.
