In the month of December, the company has sold 1,39,347 vehicles. Although compared to December 2021, it is a decline of 9.91 percent. At present, no one is able to compete with Maruti in terms of sales. But there has been a big change on the second rung. This company changed the game
In December 2022, Tata Motors has come on the second position. Tata Motors’ total domestic sales in December 2022 have increased by 10 percent to 72,997 units, while in December last year the company sold 66,307 vehicles. Similarly, last month, sales of electric passenger vehicles including exports stood at 3,868 units, which is 64.2 per cent higher than the 2,355 electric vehicles sold in December 2021.

Hyundai on the third position
Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) dropped from second position to third this time. The company’s total sales increased by 18.2 percent to 57,852 units in December. The company sold 48,933 vehicles in December 2021. However, if we look at the sales of the whole year 2022, then Hyundai has been at number two and Tata Motors at number three. In 2022, Hyundai registered its highest ever domestic sales of 5,52,511 units. Tata Motors has sold 5,26,798 vehicles.
