Tata Motors has launched the AWD (QWD) variant of the Tata Harrier EV. It is priced at ₹28.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
Indian automaker Tata Motors has officially introduced the QWD (AWD) variant of the Tata Harrier EV. Along with this, the company has revealed the complete pricing for all variants of this electric SUV. The prices for the AWD variant have been announced three weeks after the base variant pricing was made public.
It’s important to note that the QWD (AWD) option is available only with the top-spec Empowered variant, which comes with a 75 kWh battery pack. This variant is priced at ₹28.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The AWD variant features a more powerful dual-motor setup, enabling all-wheel drive capability.

Tata Harrier EV AWD Powertrain
The AWD variant comes with an additional 156 bhp electric motor on the front axle, delivering a combined output of 300 bhp and 504 Nm of torque. For comparison, the RWD variant produces 235 bhp.
While the RWD variants are available with both 65 kWh and 75 kWh battery packs, the AWD variant is offered only with the 75 kWh pack. Tata claims that the QWD version can offer a maximum range of up to 622 km, although the real-world range is expected to be around 460 to 490 km.
