‘TATA experience’ will reach remote villages on their own, this special service of the company started

New Delhi : Tata Motors has started a mobile showroom named Anubhav i.e. TATA showroom on the go for rural areas. Through Anubhavv Mobile Showroom, the company is planning to showcase and sell the company’s vehicle range up to tehsil and taluka. The company has said in its statement that at present 103 mobile showrooms have been sent to rural areas across the country, providing customers the facility to view and buy cars at their homes instead of dealerships. From this showroom, in this mobile showroom, customers will be explained in detail about all Tata cars and the process of purchase, apart from this, all the information about accessories, finance scheme, test drive and exchange will be available.

Announcing the service, Rajan Amba, Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Customer Care, Passenger Vehicle Business, Tata Motors, said, “We are delighted to launch the Anubhav initiative. This is a very important step in taking the brand new Forever range to every nook and corner of the country, eliminating the need to visit Tata dealerships or showrooms. These mobile showroom customers will get all the information like cars, finance schemes and exchange offers at one place. This will also help us a great deal in expanding our customer base. With 40 per cent of the total passenger car sales coming from rural areas, the far-flung reach will strengthen the company.”

Built on TATA Intra V10 Pick-up

The Tata Anubhav mobile showroom is built on the company’s Intra V10 pick-up and is manufactured by Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Fully Built Vehicles Division. This mobile showroom will be run by the dealership under the supervision and guidance of Tata Motors. Route maps of the targeted villages and tehsils will be sent every month to all dealerships. GPS will also be installed in these vehicles so that the company can get information about their exact location. Let us tell you that this concept is not new, Volkswagen and Maruti Suzuki have run such services to strengthen their hold in rural areas earlier.
