Tata Motors

Domestic automobile manufacturer Tata Motors said its SUV models – Safari and Harrier have become the first vehicles to receive a five-star rating under the indigenous car safety rating program Bharat-NCAP. The government had launched the Bharat-NCAP program in August to assess the safety systems of vehicles as per Indian standards. This program has been designed based on the highest global security standards.


Private sector HDFC Bank said it has raised Rs 7,425 crore by issuing non-convertible bonds to finance infrastructure and affordable housing projects. HDFC Bank said the bank on Wednesday allotted 7.71 per cent unsecured, redeemable, long-term, fully paid up non-convertible bonds by issuing them in the form of debentures on a private placement basis.


Real estate firm DLF Ltd has sold residential units and commercial plots in Haryana’s Gurugram and Panchkula for about Rs 1,400 crore amid strong demand for property. DLF, the country’s largest real estate developer in terms of market valuation, has started two projects in Gurugram’s Sector 67 and Panchkula.

Inox India

The stock of cryogenic tank manufacturing company is going to be listed on BSE and NSE today. In this the issue price was fixed at Rs 660 per share. It is believed that the listing premium can be between 75-80 percent of the issue price.

Cochin Shipyard

The public sector undertaking company has signed a contract worth Rs 488.25 crore with the Ministry of Defense (MoD). The work package includes repair and maintenance of equipment and systems on board the naval ship.

UltraTech Cement

The country’s largest cement company has entered into a share subscription and shareholders’ agreement to acquire 26 percent equity shares of Clean Max Terra for Rs 20.25 crore. Clean Max Terra is engaged in the generation and transmission of renewable energy.


The company has received the consent of RBI to appoint Sandeep Batra as Executive Director. The bank said in a regulatory filing that his appointment will be effective from December 23, 2023 to December 22, 2025.
