Paytm

The owner and operator of Paytm has posted a shareholding update. It showed that Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) has also increased its stake in Paytm from 1.57 per cent to 1.71 per cent for the quarter ended March 2022.

Tata Communications

Tata Communications’ profit grew 23.2 percent year-on-year to Rs 369 crore in the March quarter due to higher income. During the same period, the company’s revenue grew by 4.6 per cent to Rs 4,263 crore. The data services segment has contributed the most to the revenue. The company’s board has recommended a dividend of Rs 20.7 per share for the financial year.

HCL Technologies

IT services company HCL Technologies’ profit grew 4.4 per cent quarter-on-quarter at Rs 3,593 crore in the March quarter, while revenue grew 1.2 per cent on a quarterly basis at Rs 22,597 crore. But earnings before interest and tax fell 4.4 per cent to Rs 4,069 crore. Dollar revenue growth grew by half a percent on a quarterly basis to $ 2993 million, while in constant currency terms, revenue growth was 1.1 percent on a quarterly basis. The company has secured a new deal worth $2260 million for Q4. At the same time, a dividend of Rs 18 has been declared per share.

Their results will come including ICICI Bank

On April 22 and April 23, some small and big companies are going to release their results. The companies that released the results on April 22 include Aditya Birla Money, Hindustan Zinc, Sundram Fasteners, Tata Metaliks, Tejas Networks, MMTC and RS Software India.

On April 23, the results of ICICI Bank, Bhansali Engineering Polymers and Indag Rubber will be released.

TVS Motor Company

TVS Motor Company has announced an additional £100 million investment in Norton Motorcycles, Britain’s most prestigious sporting motorcycle brand. Norton Motorcycles was acquired in April 2020.

RailTel Corporation of India

RailTel has received work order from National Informatics Center Services. This work order is worth Rs 29.75 crore. The National Informatics Center Services were involved in the assignment of tasks for immigration visa and foreign registration and foreign registration and tracking.

L&T Technology Services

L&T Tech’s profit grew 5.3 percent to Rs 262 crore in the March quarter. The company’s EBIT growth stood at 4.1 percent, while the margin remained flat at 18.6 percent. The company’s revenue increased by 4.1 percent to Rs 1756.1 crore as compared to the previous quarter.

ICICI Lombard

ICICI Lombard’s profit fell 9.6 per cent year-on-year to Rs 312.5 crore in the March quarter. But the net premium achieved during the quarter increased by 27 per cent to Rs 3318 crore. Total income increased by 33 per cent to Rs 4,636 crore. Operating profit also increased by 29 per cent to Rs 1009.6 crore during the March quarter.
