Infosys

Infosys, the country’s second largest IT services company, said that its board has appointed Jayesh Sangharajka as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the company with effect from April 1, 2024. Nilanjan Roy has resigned from the post of Chief Financial Officer and Pro-Managerial Personnel of the company. Roy’s last working date with the company will be March 31, 2024.

RVNL

Government undertaking Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) said it has received an order worth Rs 543 crore from Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation. Under this project, elevated stations are to be constructed for the Indore Metro Rail Project. RVNL said that RVNL-URC JV has made the lowest bid for partial design and construction of elevated viaduct and five elevated metro rail stations for the Indore Metro Rail Project.

JSW Steel

JSW Steel’s integrated crude steel production increased by 11 percent to 22.04 lakh tonnes in November. JSW Steel gave this information in a regulatory notice. The company had produced 19.94 lakh tonnes of crude steel in the same month last year.

Tata Power, IOC

Tata Power’s subsidiary Tata Power EV Charging Solutions has signed an agreement with public sector Indian Oil Corporation to set up 500 charging points across the country. The company will install charging stations with fast and very fast charging. Tata Power said in a statement on Monday that the company will build stations for charging electric vehicles at IOC petrol pumps.

Canara Bank

Canara Bank has raised Rs 1,403 crore by issuing additional Tier 1 bonds at a face value of Rs 1 crore at a coupon of 8.40%.

wipro

IT services company Wipro said it has supported automotive sector mobility technology supplier Marelli Electronic Systems in the development of its Cabin Digital Twin viable product. This product enables original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to quickly bring connected vehicle services to market.

Mahindra & Mahindra

Automobile company Mahindra & Mahindra has announced the production of a total of 69,875 units in November 2023, which is 13.4 percent more than the year-ago period. Total sales increased 24.6 percent year-on-year to 68,760 units, but exports fell 41.8 percent to 1,816 units during the same period.
