HFDC Bank quarterly results today

Today on January 16, the quarterly results of HFDC Bank will be released. Apart from this, Federal Bank, ICICI Lombard, L&T Technology, Jindal Saw, Bank of Maharashtra, ICICI Securities, CE Info System are also going to release their results.

Jio Financial Services

The profit of Jio Financial Services has declined by 56 percent to Rs 294 crore in the December quarter as compared to the previous quarter. The company’s profit in the last quarter was Rs 668 crore. The company’s income also declined to Rs 414 crore, which was Rs 1,294 crore in the September quarter. Jio Financial Services, separated from Reliance Industries, is engaged in the business of investment and financing, insurance broking, payments bank etc.

Bank of Baroda

Public sector Bank of Baroda announced a new deposit scheme that offers interest payouts in the range of 7.1-7.6 per cent per annum. Bank of Baroda (BoB) said in a statement that its special short-term retail deposit scheme has offered an interest rate of 7.60 per cent per annum for senior citizens and 7.10 per cent for others.

RIL

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) said that it is going to sell its unit REC Solar Norway AS to Alkem ASA for about $22 million. REC Norway is a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Solar Holdings, controlled by Reliance. It manufactures polysilicon in Norway.

Kalyan Jewelers

Kalyan Jewelers will open three showrooms in Bihar this month. According to the statement issued by the Kerala-based company, new showrooms will be opened in Buxar, Hajipur and Purnia. With this, the number of its showrooms in Bihar will increase to 13. Ramesh Kalyanaraman, Executive Director of Kalyan Jewelers said that there is tremendous potential in this market.

PNC Infratech

PNC Infratech and its subsidiary PNC Infra Holdings have entered into definitive agreements with Highway Infrastructure Trust (HIT), an infrastructure investment trust (InvIT), to sell 12 road assets in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and Rajasthan. The enterprise value of the transaction including earnouts is Rs 9,005.7 crore.

Rail Vikas Nigam

RVNL has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of works related to 11 KV line at Jabalpur. This contract has been given by Madhya Pradesh Central Region Electricity Distribution Company for a period of 24 months.

Patanjali Foods

The company has stated in the Q3 business update that the food and FMCG segment accounts for 32% of the total income. There has been single digit growth in edible oil on quarter basis. Branded sales account for 75% of the edible oil sales volume.
