IT services company TCS has posted a profit of Rs 9,926 crore for the quarter ended March 2022. This is an increase of 7.4 per cent from the same period a year ago. At the same time, the company’s revenue has increased by about 16 percent on an annual basis to Rs 50,591 crore during this period. Revenue in constant currency terms has grown by 14.3 per cent. The company recorded the highest ever order book TCV (Total Contract Value) of $11.3 billion in Q4FY22. The full year order book stood at $34.6 billion.

UltraTech Cement

UltraTech Cement has been declared as the preferred bidder for Diggaon Limestone Block. The company had participated in the e-auction by the Government of Karnataka. This block is adjacent to the company’s Rajshree unit. It has cement grade geological resources of limestone of 530 million tonnes in an area of ​​7.86 sq km.

Delta Corp

Gaming and hospitality company Delta Corp has reported a profit of Rs 48.11 crore for the quarter ended March 2022, compared to a profit of Rs 57.77 crore in the year-ago period. The company’s revenue during this period has been Rs 218.32 crore. The company has also approved the merger of Daman Entertainment and Daman Hospitality.

LIC has sold 2.01 percent stake in the company through an open market transaction. With this, its stake in the company has come down from 8.07 per cent earlier to 6.06 per cent.

Nomura Singapore has sold 9,78,581 equity shares in the company through open market transactions at an average price of Rs 160.97 per share on BSE.
