Tata Steel

Tata Group company Tata Steel has completed the acquisition of Steel Authority of India’s entire 50 per cent stake in S&T Mining Company.

Anand Rathi Wealth

Anand Rathi Wealth’s profit grew 239 per cent year-on-year to Rs 35 crore in Q4FY22. At the same time, the revenue increased by 49 percent to Rs 115 crore. In this, the asset under management increased by 23 per cent to Rs 32,906 crore.

Simplex Infrastructures: The company in a BSE filing said the board has approved raising of funds up to Rs 421.8 crore by issuing equity shares and warrants at a price of Rs 56.61 per share, to Swan Constructions.

TVS Motor Company

Swiss e-Mobility Group (Holding) AG, a subsidiary of TVS Motor Company, has acquired 100% shareholding in Alexandr’Ro Edouard’O Passion Velo Sarl. The acquired company primarily sells e-bikes as well as e-bike accessories across a range of premium e-bike brands such as TREK, Riese & Muller, Cannondale, Mustache.

ICICI Bank

Deya’s leading private bank ICICI Bank is going to consider raising funds by issuing debt securities on 23 April.

Hathway Cable & Datacom

Digital cable TV and broadband Internet services provider Hathway Cable & Datacom reported a profit of Rs 28.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2022. This is down by 60.6 per cent on a year-on-year basis. Revenue during the quarter grew by 2.3 per cent to Rs 448.8 crore.
