Stock Market Opening: The stock market has started in the red mark today and no special support is being received from the global markets. However, business is being seen with a slight increase in Bank Nifty and due to this, bank shares are trading with a slight increase.
How was the opening of the market today?
The stock market has started today with a big fall. The BSE Sensex opened at 61,074.88, down 92.91 points, or 0.15 percent. On the other hand, the NSE’s 50-share index Nifty opened at 18,163.20, down 34.25 points, or 0.19 percent.

Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 8 are trading with a green mark of growth and 22 stocks have slipped in the zone of decline. Apart from this, only 14 out of 50 stocks of Nifty are seeing a boom and 36 stocks are trading with a decline.
How did the market look in the market pre-opening
Today, before the opening of the stock market, the market was visible in the red mark in the pre-opening. Under this, a slight increase of 4.08 points was seen in the Sensex and it was trading at the level of 61163.71. Nifty was also showing a decline of 20.10 points i.e. 0.11 percent at the level of 18177.35.
