Smartphone Pixel 7a will be, like its predecessor, as similar as possible to older brothers.
The well-known insider OnLeaks has published renders of the upcoming novelty, which, according to early data, may be released as early as early 2023.
It’s hard to distinguish the Pixel 7a from the Pixel 7 in the images, but the younger model should be more compact. The source lists dimensions as 152.4 x 72.9 x 9.0mm, while the Pixel 7 measures 155.6 x 73.2 x 8.7mm. By comparison, the Pixel 6a measures 152.2 x 71.8 x 8.9mm. That is, apparently, the Pixel 7a will keep the screen with a diagonal of 6.1 inches, like the current model.
According to early reports, the Pixel 7a will receive an AMOLED screen, new sensors for the main camera, wireless charging, and SoC Tensor G2.
OneLeaks publishes several dozen renders of smartphones a year, and it’s extremely rare that something doesn’t add up. In particular, he shared renderings of OnePlus 10 Pro, iPhone 13 Pro, Samsung Galaxy A33 and others.
