Redmi recently announced that it will be bringing the Redmi Note 12R Pro smartphone to China on April 29. Some important specifications, features, rear design and color options of this smartphone have been revealed from the poster of the brand. According to a new report from Xiaomiui, the Redmi Note 12R Pro will be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 12 5G that is already available in the Chinese market. Redmi has released the poster of Note 12R Pro through a post on Weibo. The company has already confirmed that the Redmi Note 12R Pro will come in a single variant of 12GB RAM + 256GB storage. At the same time, the current Note 12 5G comes in three RAM variants, in which 128GB of storage has been given with 4GB, 6GB and 8GB of RAM.

Talking about the specifications, the Redmi Note 12R Pro 5G will get a 6.67-inch Samsung AMOLED display that will support FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness up to 1200 nits. For camera setup, an 8-megapixel front camera will be given in this smartphone. At the same time, a 48-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel depth camera will be given in its rear. In terms of operating system, this smartphone can work on MIUI 14 based on Android 13.
Talking about the processor, this smartphone will work on Snapdragon 4 Gen 1. For storage, it will get LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. A 5,000mAh battery will be provided in this phone, which will support 33W fast charging. Talking about other features, this phone will include microSD card slot, side facing fingerprint scanner, IP53 rating, NFC, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm audio.
