Thematic resource SonyAlphaRumors has published live photos of a new Sony lens designed for use with full-frame Sony E-mount cameras. The Sony FE 50mm F / 1.4 GM is expected to premiere on February 21st.
It is reported that the diaphragm consists of 11 blades. The lens is weatherproof, but does not have a built-in stabilization system. Interestingly, the price has already been named – 1850 euros. At this price, it will be about 450 euros more affordable than the slightly faster model Sony FE 50mm F / 1.2 GM.
