Redmi K70 Ultra: Xiaomi has unveiled a new color option called ‘Ice Glass,’ which will give the smartphone a premium feel.
Xiaomi’s brand Redmi has confirmed that it will launch the Redmi K70 Ultra this month. This smartphone will first be launched in China. One of the available color options has been revealed, and Xiaomi has introduced the new ‘Ice Glass’ color. The new design aims to provide a premium smartphone experience, featuring a combination of a curved glass back with a metal frame. The ‘Ice Glass’ back has a light blue tone and looks impressive.
According to a report, users can expect the best gaming experience with the Redmi K70 Ultra. It is claimed to be the best gaming phone in terms of performance benchmark, frame rate, and resolution.
If the leaked reports are to be believed, this phone will have MediaTek’s Dimensity 9300+ processor. The phone will feature a display with a 1.5K resolution, supporting a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
The Geekbench listing shows that the Redmi K70 Ultra may come with 16GB of RAM, out of which 14.84GB will be usable. It is speculated to have an octa-core processor, with four cores clocked at 2.0 GHz, three cores capped at 2.85 GHz, and one core having a maximum clock speed of 3.4 GHz. The chipset is claimed to have ARMv8 64-bit architecture and a Rothco motherboard. According to the listing, the Redmi K70 Ultra may come with model number 2407FRK8EC. In its Geekbench test, the smartphone scored 2218 points in the single-core test and 7457 points in the multi-core test.
Redmi General Manager Wang Teng Thomas recently confirmed through a post on Weibo that the upcoming Redmi smartphone will come with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. This means it can be submerged in fresh water up to a maximum depth of 1.5 meters for 30 minutes.
