Realme has officially announced that the Realme GT2 series, which will also include the Realme GT2 Pro model, will be unveiled on December 20th. After Motorola Edge X30, this is the second version of smartphones based on Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. It looks like Xiaoim 12 will be the third flagship smartphone in the world on this platform.
According to Chase Xu, vice president of Realme, the development of the device began a few months ago and will eventually become “a truly high-end flagship product that will exceed the expectations of users around the world.”
Realme GT 2 Pro powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC has already been spotted on AnTuTu with over a million points. The phone is expected to have 125W wired charging support, up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 flash, a 6.51-inch 120Hz AMOLED screen, a 32MP selfie camera, and a 50 megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization.
