Smartphones Google Pixel may soon learn to automatically change the sensitivity of the screen sensor.
In the new version Android 14 QPR3 Beta 1 discovered a mention function called automatically adjust[s] [touch sensitivity] to your environment, activities and screen protector. That is the function will automatically adjust the sensitivity of the sensor depending on various factors. Pixel 8 is already able to automatically detect the presence of a protective film on the screen and increase the sensitivity of the sensor, and the new function, it seems, will be able to do much more.
Under the weather, presumably, there is rain in the first place in view and, as a result, a wet display. Under activity, perhaps, there is visible swimming with the same consequences, but here the situation is less clear.
Considering that Pixel 8 and 8 Pro already have such a function in its basic version, probably, the update will bring new features specifically for these smartphones.
