Skoda released the first interior sketch of the Vision 7S concept car, know what’s special in it

Skoda Auto has unveiled yet another preview of its upcoming design language. The first interior sketches of the Vision 7S concept study reveal a spacious vehicle with an all-new, versatile interior architecture that offers room for up to seven people. Sustainable materials are used to create a minimalist interior. The new design language is authentic and provides seamless control of digital technologies and a high level of functionality.

The all-electric Vision 7S concept car is Skoda’s first concept car to feature the manufacturer’s new design language. The first sketch has now been released which is visible inside the vehicle. In addition to durable materials, the minimalist interior is characterized by koda’s signature Simply Clever features, along with generous space for seven people in three rows of seats.

Innovative Extension Solutions

The interior of the new VISION 7S concept car features a symmetrical wrap-around design, as well as a wide, horizontal dashboard. An optimally positioned hand rest makes it easy and convenient to interact with the touch screen and haptic buttons. Haptic controls have also been integrated into the redesigned steering wheel. Ambient lighting highlights various areas of the interior, including the charging status, and provides proper lighting when moving in and out of the car. The door panels also have interactive haptic and visual elements. The integrated child seat is located in the center console – the safest place in the vehicle. For the multimedia devices for passengers in the second and third rows are located behind the front seats. Backpacks are also integrated in these.
