Simple One Electric Scooter Launch Price Features: After a long wait, the launch date of Simple One, Simple Energy’s first electric scooter to give tough competition to top selling electric scooters like Ola S1 Pro has finally been announced. Yes, the upcoming Simple One Electric Scooter price will be announced on 23 May 2023. Its launch event will be held in Bengaluru. Simple Energy has been road testing this electric scooter for the past two years. The Simple One will compete with the likes of the Ola S1 Pro as well as the Ather 450X, TVS iCube, Bajaj Chetak Electric and the Hero Vida V1 Pro in the premium electric scooter segment.

Special focus on battery safety
For the time being, let us tell you that Suhas Rajkumar, Founder and CEO of Simple Energy, says that Simple Energy is the first OEM to comply with the Automotive Industry Standards (AIS) 156 Amendment 3, in which special care has been taken of battery safety. This electric scooter is better than the rest of the products in its segment in terms of looks and features as well as battery range, the company claims.
Powerful and long range electric scooter
The Simple One Electric Scooter has a removable battery pack of 4.8kWh. Its 8.5kW electric motor generates 72Nm of peak torque, which is the highest in the segment. Simple Energy claims that the Simple One’s battery can deliver a range of up to 300 kilometers on a single full charge. It is a long distance traveling scooter and can run at a speed of 0-40 kmph in just 2.85 seconds. The top speed of Simple One is 105 kilometers per hour.

Simple One Electric Scooter has been introduced in 4 color options like Red, Black, White and Blue. It gets a combined braking system, disc brakes at the front and rear, 30 liters of underseat storage as well as a touchscreen instrument cluster with multiple control functions and app connectivity.
