Talking about SMS, local SMS will be charged at the rate of 0.50 paise per SMS, Rs 1.50 per SMS for national and Rs 4 to 5 per SMS for international. If seen, if you are an MTNL user and you want a plan that you just want to keep active, then you cannot get any better option than this.
