It is called Telecom Analytics for Fraud Management and Consumer Protection or TAFCO.

First go to https://www.tafcop.dgtelecom.gov.in/ website.
Enter mobile number. Enter the OTP received on the mobile phone.
After submitting OTB a list will appear.
In this list you will have the details of the linked SIM card.
You can block the number which you are not using in this list.
A tracking ID will be assigned to the consumer. From this, action will be taken against those who issue Aadhaar numbers with invalid numbers.
