Scientists have invented an artificial reusable hard ice from gelatin

At the same time, according to the assurances of scientists, their invention is completely environmentally friendly – after using the entire resource, it can be easily recycled.

Another advantage of the novelty is its plasticity during molding. This was achieved due to the fact that the basis of artificial ice was a special composition of a hydrogel, consisting of 1/10 gelatin and water.

Note that the jelly-like form of ice is retained only at room temperature. Once the substance is frozen, it becomes as hard as real ice. The load that it can withstand is 10 kg.
