Samsung has improved the charging of Galaxy Buds2

Samsung has released a fresh update for Galaxy Buds2 wireless headphones (review), which originally debuted with the Galaxy Z Flip4 and Z Fold4 smartphones as a slightly less “premium” alternative to the Galaxy Buds2 Pro.

Since launching in mid-2021, the headphones have received a number of fixes to help improve the overall listening experience. Most notable is the addition of 360 Audio support, originally only available on the Galaxy Buds2 Pro.

The latest update for Galaxy Buds2 improves the stability and consistency of the charging process. At the moment, the firmware under the number R177XXU0AWA3 is being distributed to users in South Korea. In the near future, it is expected to appear in other regions.

You can check for an update in the Galaxy Wearable app on your smartphone under Headphone settings > Headphone software update.
