We have already heard that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 lineup, which includes the Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+ and Tab S8 Ultra models, could be launched alongside the Galaxy S22 smartphones. Recently, a South Korean publication reported that Samsung will be holding the next Galaxy Unpacked event on February 8 to announce the Galaxy S22 lineup. According to the latest data, the company’s flagship smartphones and tablets will be presented at the event.
Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8 + and Tab S8 Ultra will receive an 11-inch, 12.7-inch and 14.6-inch display, respectively. The Tab S8 will feature an LTPS TFT QHD+ screen, while the Tab S8+ and Tab S8 Ultra will feature a Quad HD+ AMOLED panel. All tablets will support 120Hz refresh rates.
The Tab S8 Ultra’s display has a notch that houses a pair of 12-megapixel front cameras. The Tab S8 and S8+ will ship with a 12MP front camera. All tablets have a main camera with image sensors with a resolution of 12 and 6 megapixels.
Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8 + and Tab S8 Ultra will receive batteries with a capacity of 8000 mAh, 10 090 mAh and 11 200 mAh respectively. The Tab S8 line will run Android 12 operating system, which will be overlaid with One UI 4.1 interface. These devices will come with other features such as 5G, Wi-Fi 6, USB-C, S Pen support, wireless DeX, and a fingerprint scanner.
