A shelf of tiny but powerful enough computers has arrived: Geekom AS6 mini is built on the basis of the flagship 8-core AMD Ryzen 9 6900 HX processor, operating at a frequency of 3.3-4.9 GHz. As part of the CPU, there is a Radeon 680M video core, which is comparable in performance to inexpensive discrete video cards of the GeForce GTX 1050 level.
The computer can be equipped with up to 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, two M.2 SSDs with PCIe 4.0 support and one 2.5-inch SATA SSD. Another feature of the computer is two USB 4 ports (taking them into account, the computer has as many as 5 video outputs). Other features include an updated cooling system with an aluminum radiator and two copper heat pipes, an integrated Wi-Fi 6E adapter and a 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet adapter.
The Geekom AS6 mini measures 13 x 12 x 5.6 cm. The self-assembly kit costs $490, the price of the version with Windows 11 installed, 32 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD is $ 610.
