Recall that earlier in October, RAS Corresponding Member Alexander Lukashev made a proposal to start monthly fines for evading vaccination against COVID-19. Thus, in his opinion, it will be possible to reduce the financial burden on the state health care system.
Lukashev’s idea was commented on by Russian President Vladimir Putin – he noted that the rate of vaccination against COVID-19 should be increased without administrative pressure.
