Representatives of OVD-Info write that they found the site in the register of resources, access to which is limited. It states that the decision to block it was made by the Lukhovitsky Court of the Moscow Region.
The organization said that on December 13, OVD-Info received an e-mail letter without an addressee demanding to appear at the Lukhovitsk prosecutor’s office at 10 am the next day. The organization’s lawyer appeared at the prosecutor’s office on December 14, but the essence of the claims was not explained to her. On December 15, the materials were handed over to the court without notice. And on December 20, the court ruled to block ovdinfo.org.
The organization itself still does not know the reason for the blockage. She also did not receive a notification from Roskomnadzor. OVD-Info said that they would find out the details and seek to unblock the site.
