Royal Enfield Scram 411: Royal Enfield is going to launch the Himalayan-based Scram 411 bike in the Indian market next month i.e. March 2022. However, the company has not yet disclosed the launch date. The upcoming Royal Enfield Scram 411 has been spotted testing several times in the past as well. cosmetic update
The all-new Royal Enfield Scrum 411 may get some cosmetic updates, which will differentiate it from the Himalayan. For example, while the Himalayan gets a tall windscreen, the Scram 411 will only get a small visor, and that too as an accessory. Apart from this, it will also get a single-piece seat, a cast metal cowl around the headlamps, an aluminum sump guard and more.
Engine and gearbox
The new bike from Royal Enfield will share its hardware and mechanicals with the Himalayan. The Scram 411 will be powered by a 411cc, single-cylinder, SOHC, air-cooled, fuel-injected engine. This motor generates 24.4 hp power and 32 Nm peak torque in Himalayan. It will be mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
Updated Bicycle Parts
Coming to the cycle parts, the Royal Enfield Scram 411 will get telescopic forks at the front and mono-shock absorbers at the rear. For braking, it will get dual-channel ABS with disc brakes at both the ends. However, it will get a smaller 19-inch front tire compared to the 21-inch unit of the Himalayan, while the rear tire will be the same 17-inch.
Will get many new features
The upcoming Royal Enfield Scrum 411 is likely to get an offset speedometer with tripper navigation pod. It will also get Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation and a slew of new color schemes.
