Royal Enfield Meteor 350 introduced in three new colors, will be liked soon

After the launch of the Meteor 350 in the year 2020, the company has updated it for the first time. With the addition of three new colors, Royal Enfield is not charging any premium on them as they are priced in the entry-level range. Fireball Red and Blue color variants are available for Rs 2.31 lakhs and Supernova Red at Rs 2.49 lakhs (on-road Delhi). The mid-level Stellar range doesn’t get any new updates, with prices starting at Rs 2.38 lakh (on-road Delhi).

This bike has LED daytime running lights, split grab rail, multi spoke alloy wheels, dual disc brakes with dual channel ABS and clutch lever. It gets spring loaded telescopic forks at the front and twin side suspension at the rear.

Apart from the addition of a new color option, no technical changes have been made to the bike. It is powered by a 349cc single-cylinder 4-stroke engine that churns out 20.2bhp at 6,100rpm and up to 27Nm of torque at 4,000rpm. It is mated to a 5-speed gearbox and the fuel tank capacity is 15 liters.

The company has registered sales of 67,677 units of motorcycles, registering a growth of 2.39 per cent in March 2022 as against 66,058 units sold in the same month last year. However, the company has registered a decline of 3 percent in domestic sales of motorcycles in March 2022. Domestic sales stood at 58,477 units in March 2022 as against 60,173 units in March 2021.

However, the company’s exports have increased by a whopping 56 per cent. The company recorded sales of 9,200 units in March 2022 as compared to 5,885 units in the same month last year. The company says that it is rapidly coming out of the impact of the corona epidemic in India. According to the company, the sales rate in March 2022 was better than in February 2022.
