The Roborock family of smart technology has been replenished with another device. The Roborock T8 robot vacuum cleaner is suitable for dry and wet cleaning and is notable for its advanced navigation system. In addition, the novelty has acquired a docking station with a separate container, which reduces the number of trips to the trash can.
The manufacturer calls one of the trump cards of the device high suction power (4200 Pa) with a relatively low noise level (up to 63 dB). The volume of the dust collector of the novelty is 470 ml, while at the end of the cycle the vacuum cleaner unloads the garbage into the complete docking station. According to the vendor, its container will have to be cleaned only about six times a year. You can control the novelty through a mobile application or using voice commands.
The device is also equipped with a 350 ml water tank, which is enough for wet cleaning up to 300 square meters of flooring. To avoid obstacles and plan a route, the vacuum cleaner uses a lidar-based navigation system. An additional side brush allows the robot to thoroughly clean the floor even in hard-to-reach places, and a special suspension design allows it to overcome obstacles up to 2 centimeters high.
The price of Roborock in China will be $440, the manufacturer has not yet announced the availability of the device in other regions.
