Renault CEO and Managing Director Mamillapalle has said that Renault India is committed to the Government of India’s vision of making the environment clean and green. He said that new BS-VI Phase-2 petrol engines have been installed in all their range of vehicles, which will reduce the emissions and in this way their vehicles will be able to contribute in making the environment safe and clean. He said that safety is most important for him. Top-level safety features have been introduced in the new 2023 range.
Renault Kiger and Triber get 4 star safety rating
The upgrades made to the Kaiger, Triber and Kwid of the Renault line-up have been given many features related to safety. Renault Kiger and Triber have been given 4 star safety rating for adult occupant safety in Global NCAP event. In this way, both the vehicles have created a new identity in terms of safety. The safety level has gone up with the addition of Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Hill Start Assist (HSA), TCS and Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) as standard features across the brand’s range of vehicles.
Kwid more attractive than before
Hill start assist has been added to the Kiger and Triber range of variants of the Renault Kwid, the new generation SUV inspired design and the most rugged feature vehicle in the segment. Renault Kwid is affordable for the customers, it has changed the entry segment version in India. The Kwid has become even more attractive than before with the launch of the all-new RXL variant equipped with the 1.0L powertrain in the MT version, the vehicle is available at a very competitive price of Rs.4.69 lakhs. The Kwid range has been introduced with turn indicators on the ORVMs. The steering mounted audio and phone controls provide better convenience to the occupants.
