Tata AIA Life Insurance: Private insurance company Tata AIA Life Insurance said that it has tied up with Common Service Centers (CSC). The company said that this agreement will give it access to about 95 percent of the village panchayats in the country.
Will give security cover to rural families
The insurance company said it has partnered with Common Service Centers set up under the Ministry of Electronics and IT as an endeavor to provide life insurance cover to rural households and protect their loved ones from the uncertainties of life.
Will be able to connect with more than 4 lakh VLEs
With this agreement, the company can connect with a network of more than four lakh Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) for distribution of life insurance plans.
This year the company’s income may increase by 30 percent
Let us tell you that recently Tata AIA Life Insurance had told that they are very excited about their business. The company expects that its total premium income may increase by 30 percent to more than Rs 14,000 crore in FY 2022. At the same time, the company’s total premium income in 2020-21 was Rs 11,105.09 crore.
Naveen Tahilyani, MD & CEO, Tata AIA said that the growth for the industry in the first 10 months of the year has been around 20 per cent mainly due to the base effect. On the other hand, if you look at the growth of the company, then it is about 32 percent in weighted new business premium.
