Realme has launched its latest smartphone Realme GT Neo 3 in China. It has a 120Hz refresh rate display and MediaTek Dimensity 8100 5G processor. The phone comes in two variants with different battery capacities. In which, 150W fast charging is available with a 4500 mAh battery in one and 80W fast charging has been given with 5000 mAh battery in the other variant. The phone has up to 12 GB of RAM and up to 256 GB of storage. Triple camera setup has been given in the handset in which the primary lens is 50 megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor. Its special features include Dolby support and 150W Ultra Dart charging technology inside the speakers. The phone has a feature called ‘Diamond Ice Core Cooling Plus’ which prevents the phone from overheating.
Realme GT Neo 3 price, availability
The base variant of Realme GT Neo 3 with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage is priced at CNY 1,999 (approximately Rs 24,000). Its 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage variant comes for CNY 2,299 (about Rs 27,500). Whereas the top end variant with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage has been offered for CNY 2,599 (approximately Rs 31,200).
Its 150W variant, with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage, comes for CNY 2,599 (approximately Rs 31,000) while the 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage variant comes for CNY 2,799 (approx Rs 33,600). Talking about its color variants, the phone comes in Cyclones Black, Silverstone and Le Mans colors. From March 30, the sale of all these variants will start in China. The company has not given information about when the phone will be available in other markets.
Realme GT Neo 2 It was launched in China last year for Rs 31,999, in which its 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant comes. Its 12 GB RAM and 256 storage variants cost Rs 35,999.
Realme GT Neo 3 specifications
Realme GT Neo 3 It is a dual (Nano) SIM smartphone that runs on Android 11 based Realme UI 3.0. The phone has a 6.7-inch 2K display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The touch sampling rate of 1000 Hz has been given in the display. Along with this, support for HDR 10 Plus and DC Dimming is also available. The smartphone is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8100 5G SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The phone has a triple camera setup at the rear with LED flash, whose main lens is a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor. It also has electronic image stabilization feature along with optical image stabilization. The secondary sensor is an ultrawide angle lens with 119 degree field of view. Apart from this, a macro shooter is also in the phone.
For connectivity, the phone also has 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and a USB Type-C port. It also has a fingerprint sensor. The 150W UltraDart Charging variant has a 4,500mAh battery while the 80W Fast Charging variant has a 5,000mAh battery. The company claims that with 150W fast charging, it gets charged up to 50% in just 5 minutes. Whereas with 80W fast charging, the phone gets fully charged in 32 minutes.
For game enthusiasts, many features have been provided in the Realme GT Neo 3, in which 4D Game Vibration is also available with X-axis linear motor. Its speakers also support Dolby Atmos. The phone weighs 188g.
