Chinese smartphone maker Realme may soon launch Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ in India. These will replace Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+. Recently, information about the processor and camera of Realme 12 series smartphones was leaked.

This is indicating that these smartphones will be launched in India soon. However, the company has not made any announcement regarding this series. Like the Realme 11 series, it may include a base, a Pro and a Pro+ model. Recently in a leak it was said that Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC can be given as the processor in the smartphones of this series.
Recently, tipster Digital Chat Station had said in a post on Chinese messaging platform Weibo that Realme 12 Pro+ will have a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. This smartphone can have Sony IMX709 sensor with 2x optical zoom. The same tipster had earlier said in a post that the camera of Realme 12 Pro+ is likely to be similar to that of Oppo Find X6. The Oppo Find X6 sports a Hasselblad branded triple rear camera unit. It has a 50-megapixel primary Sony IMX890 camera along with a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 sensor and another 50-megapixel sensor. A 32-megapixel Sony IMX709 sensor is provided in its front.
