Ray-Ban Meta smartglasses, you will be able to record up to 3 minutes of video

Good news for Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses owners! You can now record videos up to 3 times longer, for a maximum of 3 minutes.

This is a big improvement from the previous limit of just 60 seconds. However, there’s a small catch. The extended recording time isn’t automatically enabled after the update.

To record longer videos, you’ll need to make a quick adjustment in the settings of the companion app. Just head to the Camera section in Settings and switch it on.

This new feature arrived with the recent software update (version 6.0) for Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. If you don’t have automatic updates turned on, you can update your glasses manually to enjoy this and other improvements.

The update also brings some other cool features. You can now use voice commands to access the Calm app for mindfulness and listen to music streaming through Amazon Music. Plus, sharing captured photos and videos to your Instagram story is now possible with voice commands too.

On top of these new features, Meta added 3 new styles to their smart glasses collection. These include Skyler in Shiny Chalky Gray with fancy gradient lenses, a sleek black Skyler with color-changing lenses, and a new Headliner fit option in black with polarized lenses. These new styles will be available for purchase in 15 countries.
