Radar RD6 electric pickup launched with 632 km range and 55-inch large sunroof, know the price

Geely recently launched an automotive brand called Radar, which introduced the RD6 RWD electric pickup in China. It is a rear-wheel drive electric pickup, comes with multiple battery pack options and claims to deliver a single charge range of between 400 km to 632 km. Let us tell you that Geely owns many big brands like Volvo, Lotus Cars and Zeekr.

Prices for the Radar RD6 electric pickup in China start at 178,800 yuan (roughly Rs. 20.60 lakhs) for the 86kWh battery model, while the 100kWh model costs 268,800 yuan (roughly Rs. 31 lakhs). According to the company, the sale of this electric pickup has started in China, but the deliveries will start later, no exact date has been shared.

The Radar RD6 RWD e-pickup uses Geely’s SEA EV platform. The company claims that this electric pickup is capable of accelerating from 0-100km/h in 6 seconds. The Radar RD6 gets four-wheel independent suspension.

It gets a different range according to different battery packs, in which it is claimed to get a range of at least 400 km and maximum 632 km. The company says that this electric pickup supports charging up to 120kW capacity, which means it will be able to fully charge the battery in a matter of minutes. However, the exact time has not been given.

Radar RD 6 RWD gets 12 level 2+ intelligent driving assistance features. It comes with a cargo bed with a capacity of 1,200 litres. In addition, it has a payload capacity of 450 kg and can tow a load of up to 3 tonnes. Its cabin gets two 12.3-inch screens and a 9-inch full-color head-up display. The EV is equipped with 72-colour ambient lighting, AI voice interaction and a 55-inch panoramic sunroof.
