PURE EV has launched the EcoDryft electric motorcycle in India with an ex-showroom price of less than Rs 1 lakh. The new electric motorcycle comes equipped with a 3 kWh capacity battery and 3 kW electric motor, which in turn gives it a claimed range of 130 Km and a top speed of 75 Kmph.
The PURE EV ecoDryft electric motorcycle is priced at Rs 99,999 (ex-showroom, Delhi, inclusive of state subsidy). The company is planning to make it available at an all-India ex-showroom price of Rs 1,14,999. However, the on-road price will vary after RTO charges and state level subsidy. Offering it in four color options, which include Black, Grey, Red and Blue.
Bookings for the ecoDryft are being taken across all PURE EV dealerships and according to the company’s CEO, the deliveries will start from the first week of March.
Talking about the features of the EcoDryft, the e-motorcycle claims to offer a top speed of 75 kmph and according to the company, it will have a full charge range of 130 km. To give power to the electric motorcycle, it gets a 3 kWh battery pack and an electric motor of 3 kW capacity.
As far as the features are concerned, the Pure EV ecoDryft electric motorcycle includes all the essential features like smart BMS, Bluetooth connectivity, charger, instrument cluster etc.
Speaking on the launch, Rohit Vadera, Co-Founder & CEO, PURE EV said, “Over the last two months, we deployed demo vehicles at our 100+ dealerships across India for test drives and received an overwhelming response from customers. Bookings for the EcoDrift are now open across all our dealerships and the first batch of vehicles will be delivered to the customers from the first week of March.
