In the Tula technopark “Radioelectronics” on the basis of the Kimov Electromechanical Plant, the production of unmanned aerial vehicles will be launched. This information is contained in the plan for the implementation of the main directions of activity published by the government of the region.
According to the document, accessed by Rossiyskaya Gazeta, the production and testing of unmanned aerial vehicles, as well as the production of auxiliary equipment and software for controlling drones, will be deployed at the plant site. The type and purpose of the devices that will be produced at the site are not reported.
The main products of the Kimov Electromechanical Plant (KREMZ) are industrial gas boilers, grounding devices, cable lugs, electrical cabinets.
Technopark “Radioelectronics” was created on the basis of the Kimov Electromechanical Plant in the spring of 2022.
