The iPhone 14 Plus is the only model in the new line that did not launch alongside other models in the new line. Pre-orders for the 6.7-inch smartphone began in mid-September, and sales start only today.
Tianfeng International Securities analyst Ming-Chi Kuo previously said that the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max accounted for about 85% of pre-orders in China. At the same time, the iPhone 14 Plus, which many considered a potential bestseller, accounted for only about 5% of orders. Assumptions have already been made, it can repeat the fate of the mini-version, the least popular in the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 lines.
However, reviewers praise the iPhone 14 Plus, which turned out to be the most tenacious iPhone of all Apple smartphones. Allison Johnson of The Verge says it can last as long as three days with light usage of two hours of screen a day. Sam Rutherford of Engadget noted that he had about 45% charge left at the end of the day.
iPhone 14 Plus has a large 6.7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2778 x 1284 pixels at 60 Hz, which is criticized by reviewers. The smartphone weighs 203 grams, which is 37 grams less than the 14 Pro Max, and 3 grams less than the significantly smaller iPhone 14 Pro.
In terms of filling, this is a copy of the standard iPhone 14 model.
