Poland will start producing electric vehicles on the Geely platform, which is used in the flagships of Volvo and Polestar

The Polish company ElectroMobility Poland introduced the national electric brand Izera in 2020, and now the company has found a technology partner to implement the project. This is Geely. The Poles are going to build their cars on the Geely SEA (Sustainable Experience Architecture) modular platform, which, for example, is used in the latest Polestar 3 and Volvo EX90.

ElectroMobility Poland previously planned to launch the production of electric vehicles in 2023, but this is hardly possible: it does not even have a factory ready yet, although it is actively under construction. Therefore, the appearance of a serial Polish electric car Izera is expected no earlier than 2024.

In 2020, the Poles showed the projects of the T100 hatchback and the Z100 compact crossover, but in addition to them, the company is also going to create an electric station wagon. The company plans to sell its cars throughout Europe. It is expected that the price of future innovations will be affordable for the average family.
