PM Kisan Yojana: Can both husband and wife get the benefit of Kisan Yojana

Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM Kisan Samman Yojana) is also a similar scheme. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, three installments of Rs 6000 i.e. 2000 are sent annually to the account of the farmers. Many changes have been made in this plan. Many new rules have been changed from application to eligibility. Now there is a different opinion among the people on getting the benefit of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for both husband and wife, which we are clearing.

what is the new rule
The benefit of PM Kisan Yojana is available to such small and marginal farmer families who have cultivable land up to 2 hectares. According to the rules, a farmer is not using his agricultural land for agricultural work but for other works. Or do farming work on others’ fields. Apart from this, the fields do not belong to them. If the field is in the name of his father or grandfather, then such farmers are also not entitled to take advantage of this scheme.

Will both get benefit
Many types of claims are made regarding PM Kisan Yojana. One of these claims is that both husband and wife can take advantage of this scheme. That is, now both will get 2-2 thousand rupees. According to the rules of PM Kisan Yojana, both husband and wife cannot take advantage of PM Kisan Yojana.

All installments will be recovered
If any husband and wife are found doing this, then it will be considered as fake. Along with this, the government will recover all the installments from him. If ineligible farmers take advantage of this scheme, then they will have to return all the installments to the government. Under the rules of this scheme, if someone pays tax in the farmer’s family, then the benefit of this scheme will not be available.
