Crude Oil Prices Rises Again: Petrol diesel prices have not increased since 6 April 2022. But the common people may once again be hit by expensive petrol and diesel. Crude oil prices rise due to new sanctions on Russia
Due to the long drag of the ongoing war between Russia Ukraine, there has been a big jump in the prices of crude oil again. International benchmark Brett crude oil is again trading above $112 per barrel. In fact, this is being seen in crude oil prices due to fears of more stringent sanctions on Russia. Already many types of economic sanctions have been imposed on Russia. In fact, Russia is one of the largest oil producing countries in the world. Russia supplies 35 percent of its crude oil to Europe. India also buys crude oil from Russia. In the 10 barrels of oil supplied in the world, one dollar comes from Russia. In such a situation, due to disruption in the supply of crude oil, the prices may increase further.

Already after March 22, state-owned oil companies have increased the prices of petrol and diesel by Rs 10 per liter. Due to which the common people are upset and now after a fresh jump in the prices of crude oil, the prices of petrol and diesel can be seen again.
