step 1- First of all, you have to open any browser and https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paam/endUserRegisterContact.html Must visit.
Step 2- After that on the new screen, you have to select Apply Online and then under Application Type, select Changes or correction in existing PAN Data/ Reprint of PAN Card (No changes in existing PAN data).
Step 3- Under Category, you have to select Personal and now fill all the details like:
1. Last Name/Surname
2. First Name
3. Date of Birth
4. Email ID
5. Are you a citizen of India
6. PAN Number
Step 4- After filling all the details, you will need to check “By submitting data to us and/or using our NSDL e-Gov TIN website”.
Step 5- After this you have to enter the captcha code and then click on the submit button.
Step 6- You will get a message, “We thank you for using NSDL e-Gov’s online PAN application service. Your request has been successfully registered with token number xxxxxxxxx and sent to your email id provided in the PAN application.” has been sent.Please click on the button below to fill the remaining PAN Application Form.
Step 7- Now, you have to click on Continue With Pan Application Form. You will be redirected to the online PAN application page.
Also now, you have to follow the onscreen instructions. If you want to update photo, signature on PAN then you can click on ‘Photo Mismatch’ and ‘Signature Mismatch’ on the page.
Once all the details are entered and the payment is done, an acknowledgment slip will be generated. You have to take a print out of it and send it to NSDL e-gov office along with physical proof of document.
