In the ultimatum, BLA said, ‘The revolutionaries of the Baloch Liberation Army have made complete control over the Jafar Express and its hostages for the last 24 hours. More than 200 security forces, including intelligence agents, police and paramilitary forces, are occupied by BLA. These people have been directly involved in state terrism, forcibly disappearance of people, robbery and loot of resources on the land of Baloch.
The ultimatum was given for 48 hours before
The Baloch Liberation Army further said, ‘Keeping in mind the international laws and human rights of war, BLA had given a 48-hour ultimatum to the Pak government for the exchange of prisoners. However, the government’s insistence, apathy and evasive proves that they do not want to save their security personnel.
Baloch court will be produced
BLA said in his letter, ‘One day has passed. The government of Pakistan now has only 24 hours. If Pakistan does not move forward on the exchange of prisoners inside the given ultimatum, then all the hostages will be produced before the Baloch National Court. There, they will be prosecuted for atrocities, possession, massacre, exploitation and war crimes.
‘Pak government is in big misunderstanding’
Explaining in detail about the trial, BLA said, ‘The case against the hostages will be quick, fair and transparent. If found guilty, criminals will be punished according to Baloch national laws. If Pakistan and its military institutions believe that they can control the situation by delaying the matter, then they are in a big misunderstanding. BLA has the power to fully implement all its announcement.
Suicide bombers seated among hostages
Pakistan’s army is making a lot of efforts to free the hostage passengers, but there are many problems in the rescue operation. According to reports, the BLA has placed its suicide bombers among the hostages. The bombers are wearing a suicide jacket, which has made it difficult for the security forces to get rid of the hostages.
