OnePlus Club has shared the first details about OxygenOS 17, the upcoming firmware based on Android 17. According to the report, the main focus of the update will be on improving the user interface, enhancing camera performance, and increasing overall power efficiency.
OxygenOS 17 is expected to deliver smoother UI performance, with improved animation quality and significantly fewer dropped frames. The camera app will reportedly offer smoother zoom transitions for both photos and video recording.

These upgrades are also expected to appear in ColorOS 17, which is designed for the Chinese market.
