Oppo’s Reno 12 series is set to launch in China on May 23. It’s speculated that new Enco earbuds may be introduced alongside the Reno 12 smartphones.
The Oppo Reno 12 series is scheduled to debut in China on May 23. According to recent reports, the company is expected to unveil the Enco Air 4 Pro earbuds alongside the Reno 12 smartphones. Additionally, there are rumors suggesting the launch of another TWS earbuds, likely the Enco R3, on the same day. GizmoChina has hinted at this possibility. Alongside these launches, Oppo may also introduce a new color option for the Oppo Pad Air 2 – Aurora Purple, in China. Prior to the launch event, the company has revealed the design and color variants of the Oppo Reno 12.
Firstly, let’s discuss the Oppo Pad Air 2. The company may introduce it in the Aurora Purple color option, offering a light purple hue. Previously, the Pad Air 2 was available in Space Gray and Streamer Silver color variants.
The Oppo Pad Air 2 features an 11.35-inch LCD panel with a 2.4K resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor and comes with an 8,000 mAh battery supporting 33 Watt charging. The tablet sports 8-megapixel cameras on both the front and back.
The company is gearing up to launch the Enco R3 earbuds on May 23, as spotted on the China Telecom website. Limited information is available about these earbuds, but it’s rumored to feature AI call noise cancellation technology.
Earlier, Oppo teased the design of the upcoming Reno series on China’s microblogging site Weibo. The Reno 12 was showcased in silver, while the Oppo Reno 12 Pro appeared in violet. Both devices feature rounded corners, a rectangular camera island on the rear top left edge housing three vertical cameras and an LED flash. Additionally, the fingerprint scanner is expected to be embedded within the display.
